3D Modeliranje
Izrada 3D modela na temelju dizajnerske skice ili zahtjeva klijenta
Trodimenzionalno printanje (eng. 3D printing) je način brze izrade prototipa kojim se uređajima zasnovanima na patentiranoj 3D tehnologiji, „ispisuju”, tj. direktno iz 3D CAD programa izrađuju fizički predmeti u prostoru.
Prva faza u procesu izrade finalnog komada nakita počinje idejom. Dizajner osmišlja pojedini komad nakita, prenosi ideju na papir pri čemu određuje osnovne parametre potrebne za daljnji razvoj (veličina komada, omjeri između pojedinog elementa i sl.) te ujedno razmišlja o tehničkim mogućnosti izvedbe skiciranog komada. Druga faza procesa je kompjutersko 3D modeliranje pojedinog komada nakita koje dizajner izrađuje na temelju prethodnih skica. Koristi se CAD program koji omogućava detaljnu izradu 3D nacrta, prikaz finalnog izgleda modela, ali i uvid u moguće greške koje bi potencijalno mogle dovesti do neispravnog printa.
Sljedeća faza podrazumijeva izradu 3D modela u printeru. Površina unutar koje printamo je 40x60x70 mm; debljina pojedinog sloja je od 5 µm; koristimo 2 tipa resin-a za mikrolijevanje.
Dobiveni model koristimo kao prototip za daljni proces – lijevanje – iz kojeg dobivamo gotovi proizvod u zlatu, srebru ili bakru.
